About the project

Display Social is a social app that helps creators reap the benefits of their own content. I led the redesign efforts on the apps feed and profiles, which allowed users to put their content at the front center of their brand.

My initial goal was to understand how creators would share content, given the payment structure. Users are able to 'support' creators by tapping the support button on the feed, prompting them to watch a quick ad which is how both the company, and creators made their money.

Because the platform is so heavily focused on the benefits of earning money, redeeming the money itself had to be a smooth and transparent experience.

Branding

Prior to becoming Display Social, the app was called Tsū. With redesigns being made across the app, the company wanted a new logo to better represent the new look and feel.

I created a logo that complimented dark, yet vibrant feel of the platform which can now be seen on the app and across marketing materials. To ensure the new logo was represented in its correct form, I created a guideline which is now used across all teams and marketing.
